Any haulier can promise an arrival time. The question worth asking is whether a driver could meet it without breaking hours rules — because if not, the promise was always going to cost somebody.
Timings are quoted to what drivers' hours rules actually allow. We do not take bookings that would require breaking them.

G.G MAP Transport Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11812784, incorporated in February 2019, with its registered office at 65a Myddleton Road, London N22 8LZ. We operate under goods vehicle operator's licence [OPERATOR LICENCE NUMBER] with a qualified transport manager named on it.
Drivers hold a valid Driver CPC and every journey is operated within the drivers' hours and tachograph rules — we will not accept a booking whose timings could only be met by breaking them, however much the customer wants it. Vehicles follow a documented safety inspection programme. Goods in transit cover is limited to [GOODS IN TRANSIT COVER LIMIT] per consignment and we tell you the limit before carriage, not after a claim. We do not carry waste, hazardous goods or livestock unless agreed in writing in advance.
Sometimes. We will work it out from the collection point against lawful driving time and tell you honestly, including when the answer is no. A yes that depends on a driver running over hours is not a yes.
Goods in transit cover is stated before carriage, per consignment. If your load is worth more than the limit, tell us in advance and we will arrange cover rather than discovering the gap after an incident.
Usually not. Most consignments suit pallets or a part load, which is considerably cheaper. We will tell you when something is too fragile or awkward for shared transport.
In shared transport it may be, so it needs to be built for it. We will advise on packaging before collection rather than after damage.
Not unless agreed in writing beforehand. Hazardous goods require ADR and waste requires carrier registration, and we will not take either on casually.
Proof of delivery returned after every job, and updates during transit on dedicated work.
